The HR Executive will handle day-to-day HR activities for the hotel and restaurant team. The role includes recruitment, staff onboarding, attendance management, employee relations, and basic HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment for all hotel and restaurant positions.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain employee files.
  • Handle staff onboarding and orientation.
  • Maintain attendance, leaves, and monthly payroll data.
  • Ensure company policies are followed by all employees.
  • Manage staff grievance handling and ensure good workplace discipline.
  • Support training and development activities.
  • Handle exit process and full-and-final settlements.
  • Coordinate with management for HR reports and manpower updates.

Skills Required

  • Good communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR policies and labour laws
  • Ability to handle staff issues calmly
  • Computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, HR software)

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree (HR preferred)
  • 1–3 years of HR experience (Hotel/Restaurant industry preferred)
