The HR Manager will handle all human resources activities for the hotel and restaurant team. The role includes hiring staff, managing employee records, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations, and supporting a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire staff for hotel and restaurant departments.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
- Plan and conduct staff training and development programs.
- Ensure company policies are followed and updated when required.
- Handle employee grievances and resolve issues professionally.
- Manage performance evaluations and provide feedback systems.
- Ensure compliance with company standards.
- Create a healthy, motivating, and disciplined workplace culture.
- Support management in manpower planning and HR decisions.
Required Skills
- Good communication and people management skills.
- Basic understanding of HR policies and labour laws.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR (Hospitality experience).
