The HR Manager will handle all human resources activities for the hotel and restaurant team. The role includes hiring staff, managing employee records, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations, and supporting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and hire staff for hotel and restaurant departments.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
  • Plan and conduct staff training and development programs.
  • Ensure company policies are followed and updated when required.
  • Handle employee grievances and resolve issues professionally.
  • Manage performance evaluations and provide feedback systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Create a healthy, motivating, and disciplined workplace culture.
  • Support management in manpower planning and HR decisions.

Required Skills

  • Good communication and people management skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR policies and labour laws.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR (Hospitality experience).
