Dolphin Marine is a leading company in marine safety and boat accessories, with a strong reputation for inspection. Based in Smouha, Alexandria, we’re growing – and we’re looking for a passionate Human Resources Specialist to sail with us on our next journey.

Your Role:

• Handle recruitment to attract the best talent
• Manage personnel affairs and maintain accurate employee records
• Support and oversee different HR functions (hiring, onboarding, performance, compliance)
• Contribute to creating a positive and efficient work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of HR experience (Recruitment & Personnel)
• Strong understanding of HR practices & functions
• Very good English (spoken & written)
• Male candidates preferred
• Organized, proactive, and eager to grow with a dynamic marine company
