HR Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support clients throughout their job search journey. This is an end-to-end support role where you will assist in refining client profiles, identifying job opportunities, and managing application processes while maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support job seekers in shaping and presenting their professional profiles
  • Collaborate on refining CVs and profiles to meet current job market standards
  • Research and identify relevant job opportunities through online platforms
  • Evaluate job descriptions and align roles with client skills and experience
  • Manage and submit job applications responsibly on behalf of clients
  • Track client data, job applications, and progress consistently
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates and support decision-making
  • Manage application documentation and timelines efficiently
  • Ensure accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality in all tasks

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in administration, recruitment support, or client operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in English (required)
  • Familiarity with job boards and hiring platforms (e.g., LinkedIn)
  • Comfortable using digital tools such as Google Workspace and AI tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients with attention to detail and confidentiality
