HR Specialist – People Operations & HRIS

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive HR Specialist who’s excited to go beyond traditional HR operations. You’ll be a key part of ensuring a seamless employee lifecycle from offer to exit, while driving improvements in how we onboard, engage, and support our people. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and professional employee experience.
• Prepare and manage offer letters, contracts, and documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
• Drive HR digitalization by optimizing processes, exploring automation opportunities, and supporting HR technology and data initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee data across HRIS systems, ensuring integrity and insightful reporting.
• Partner cross-functionally with Payroll, IT, Finance, and regional HR teams to deliver smooth integrations and process consistency.
• Contribute ideas and implement improvements that enhance employee experience, operational efficiency, and data quality.
• Prepare and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve people outcomes.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, responding with empathy, professionalism, and accountability in a multicultural environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, onboarding/offboarding, or HRIS (preferably Workday).
• Understanding of HR processes and familiarity with UAE labor law.
• Demonstrated ability to own processes, propose improvements, and drive change.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with employees and stakeholders.
• Curious, agile, and eager to learn across HR disciplines.
• Having a growth mindset, positive energy, and the confidence to challenge the status quo constructively.
