HR Supervisor

Karachi, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full cycle of recruitment and selection for various roles.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Supervise day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Guide and support managers in performance management, training, and employee development.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently implemented and updated.
  • Act as a mentor and support system for employees, maintaining a healthy and positive workplace culture.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of proven HR experience, preferably in a supervisory or senior HR role.
  • Strong background in recruitment and employee handling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
