HR Supervisor (Dubai Marina )

Job Description:

We are urgently seeking a proactive and experienced HR Supervisor to join our team the successful candidate will oversee daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR systems, and documentation in compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Support management with performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, and policy implementation.
• Manage visa processing, renewals, and coordination with PRO for government-related tasks.
• Handle employee grievances, leaves, and attendance tracking.
• Ensure all HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and aligned with company objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the UAE (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, visa processing, and HR best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Available to start immediately!!!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
