Role Purpose

Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Overall responsibility of administering the HR and administrative functions in the Unit

Role Summary

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Overall responsibility of administering the HR and administrative functions in the Unit. Responsible for Timely execution of Payroll administration. Overall Supervision of handling the Labour Welfare measures and execution in the Unit

Job Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities (TDR)

Overall responsibility of administering the HR and administrative functions in the Unit.

Creating a Harmonious climate in the Unit through effective administrative steps

Responsible for driving the Core HR agendas in the unit with the support of Division HR

Responsible for overall statutory compliances of the Unit (Statutory Compliances- ESIC/ PF/ PT/ Factories License) and General Administration of the Unit.

Responsible for handling any disputes between Workers/Staffs local bodies.

Smooth Handling of any disputes without any impact to Production

Overall Supervision of handling the Labour Welfare measures and execution in the Unit.

Responsible for Timely execution of Payroll administration through ZETA system without any delays or Errors.

Execute and Sustain Labour Welfare measures are one of the best practices in the Industry

Availability of manpower to enabling manufacturing unit to succeed in capacity utilisation

Workers Meeting & Audit Implementation

HR Process Driven & CSRPREE - All HR Processes Should be driven and followed up towards timely Completion (PEDP,MBR, Recognitions, Budgeting Exercise etc) & Coverage of all CSR/PR, engagement & training programme as per the calendar

Essential Factors(Knowledge & Experience)

Education: MBA in HR

Experience: Minimum 1 Years of experience

Skills :

Good oral and written communication skills (English & Hindi)

Working knowledge of tools like MS Office suite with special focus on Spreadsheet applications.

Working Environment

This role involves working mostly in the office and with moderate travel involved.

Growth Prospects

With demonstrated success in the assigned role, the incumbent can move up the ladder to be given a team leader role for handling employees . Over the course of time, he/she can move up to the post of Manager - HR.
