Job description

• Screening candidates through various sources
• Align shortlisted candidates for interview rounds with Companies Pan India
• Acting as the front-line contact person for applicants
• Scheduling interviews and maintaining cordial relations
• Guiding candidates on the interview process
• Taking part in mock interviews
• Assisting with office administration

The Recruiting person should possess the following skills, attributes, and qualifications:

• Post graduate degree preferably with HR
• Expert computer skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
• Enthusiasm and a capacity for hard work
• Strong interest in recruitment

A Talent Acquisition executive must be enthusiastic, willing to learn, and committed to excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
