Salary: PKR 40,000 – 60,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR & Talent Acquisition Executive to manage HR operations and recruitment activities. This role is open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to 1 year of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process
• Post job ads on job portals and social media
• Screen and shortlist candidates
• Conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with department heads
• Issue offer letters and manage onboarding
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Manage attendance and leave records
• Assist in payroll coordination
• Handle employee queries professionally

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Willing to work evening shift (7 PM – 12:00 AM)
