Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Team Leader to manage end-to-end HR operations and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working in Head Office, Healthcare, or Blue-Collar hiring environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the HR & Recruitment team
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments
• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies
• Handling blue-collar and healthcare hiring
• Coordinating with management and various departments
• Ensuring timely closures and smooth onboarding
• Managing HR operations, reporting, and documentation

Requirements:

• 4–7 years of relevant HR experience
• Experience in head office roles, healthcare hiring, or blue-collar hiring preferred
• Strong communication & leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
