We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. This role involves managing the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR operations, and leading the recruitment of highly skilled IT professionals across diverse technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end technical recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding IT professionals.
  • Maintain and manage HRM systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Handle payroll management, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Develop and implement HR policies & procedures aligned with company culture and compliance.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives.
  • Manage attendance tracking, leave management, and timesheets.
  • Oversee administrative HR tasks, including contracts, offer letters, and employee documentation.
  • Support training, development, and career growth initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Technical Recruitment Proficiency

The recruiter should be highly proficient in hiring top talent across the following domains:

Frontend Development

  • React.js, Angular, Vue.js
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript

Backend Development

  • Node.js, Express.js
  • Python (Django/Flask)
  • Java (Spring Boot)
  • .NET, PHP (Laravel), Ruby on Rails

Mobile App Development

  • React Native, Flutter
  • Kotlin, Swift, Java for Android

UI/UX Design

  • Strong portfolios in User Interface & Experience Design
  • Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
  • Wireframing & prototyping techniques

Databases

  • PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
  • Firebase, Oracle

DevOps & Cloud

  • AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
  • Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

Version Control

  • Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket

Other Skills

  • REST APIs, GraphQL

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in technical recruitment within the IT industry.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS & HRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of payroll, benefits, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage end-to-end HR operations.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
