This role is responsible to continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate redundant approval and process steps. The role should also focus on bring new innovative solutions and methods to delivery engaged and efficient Employee Experience. Creating new opportunities for process efficiencies, self-service options is another key expectation along with alignment with Rules & Regulations.
Key Deliverables
1. Effective and Efficiency analysis of Requirements, Processes and Impact assessment
2. Business Case Preparation in coordination with Group HR Functions
3. Support in Effective, timely implementation or projects to delivery committed impact
4. Work with various teams during implementation of initiatives
5. Focus on new technologies and innovative ways of business and operational activities
6. Implement efficient processes through ongoing improvements
7. Identify improvement opportunities based on the performance reviews
8. Work with HR Technology teams to deliver improvement initiatives
9. Evaluate root cause analysis on service delivery failures
Job Knowledge
Working knowledge of HR Functions (Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Recruitment and Talent Management) and HR Technology/ Functional Understanding
