The HR Trainee – Recruitment will assist the HR team in managing end-to-end recruitment activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or students looking to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, and candidate management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus recruitment
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback
  • Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities
  • Assist in preparing recruitment reports and metrics
  • Participate in employer branding and recruitment drives
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
