Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate should be an MBA graduate who is eager to learn, passionate about HR functions, and ready to contribute to various organizational activities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring timely closure of open positions.
  • Draft, update, and post job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms.
  • Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR telephonic/video assessments, administer tests, and evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Prepare offer letters and manage pre-joining formalities.
  • Oversee onboarding documentation and ensure a smooth joining process for new hires.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and ensure compliance with HR policies and confidentiality standards.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics and hiring progress.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of HR concepts.

Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Creative mindset and willingness to learn.
