HR, Training & Development, R&D & Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and multi-skilled professional to manage Human Resources, Training & Development (T&D), Research & Development (R&D), and Social Media functions in a single role. The ideal candidate will be creative, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources (HR):

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
  • Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

Training & Development (T&D):

  • Identify training needs and organize learning programs
  • Develop employee growth and skill-building initiatives
  • Monitor training effectiveness and employee progress

Research & Development (R&D):

  • Conduct research to improve company processes, products, or services
  • Analyze market trends and suggest innovative ideas
  • Collaborate with teams to implement improvements

Social Media Management:

  • Create, manage, and schedule content across social platforms
  • Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to multitask and manage diverse responsibilities
  • Strong communication, analytical, and creative skills
  • Experience with HR practices and social media tools

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of digital marketing and branding
  • Understanding of training methods and employee development
  • Innovative mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms
