Job Title: HR / Admin Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR/Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling day-to-day HR operations, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
  • Assist in drafting HR related work.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Administration:

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and general upkeep of the premises.
  • Handle vendor coordination and procurement of office materials.
  • Oversee facility management and housekeeping activities.
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems (digital & physical).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR and administrative functions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
