HR&ADMIN Officer

Islamabad, Pakistan

Responsibilities

  • Support daily HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, training, performance tracking, and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in employee relations and act as a communication bridge between staff and management.
  • Handle routine administrative tasks such as office supplies, travel arrangements, facility coordination, and vendor management.
  • Support company events, meetings, and documentation preparation.
  • Provide assistance for expatriate employees on accommodation, visa, and work permit matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR and/or administration work experience; background in technology or smart hardware industry preferred.
  • Familiar with HR processes and administrative procedures.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in English as a working language; willing to accept overseas assignment if required.
