We are looking for a HR & Admin Officer with hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be proactive and capable of handling both HR and office administration responsibilities efficiently. Prior experience in a software house or IT environment will be considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination with hiring managers
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation
  • Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Manage office administration tasks and day-to-day operations
  • Maintain office supplies and administrative records
  • Support management with reports and administrative coordination.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR and administration
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Experience in a software house / IT company will be a plus point.
