HR/Assistant (Arab Female

Responsibilities:

Manage governmental and HR processes such as labor contracts, work permits, visa applications, and online government portals.

Maintain employee records and HR databases

Coordinate with management and staff to ensure smooth HR process

liaise with govt. authorities and ensure timely submission of mandatory HR documents

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in HR, Business administration or related field

Minimum 2-3 years experience in the same field, preferable from F&B Industry

Knowledge of Kuwait labor law and government HR portals is a plus.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Immediate joiners preferred or shorter notice period
