主要职责： 1、负责总部人员的全流程招聘，确保及时引进合适人才。 2、管理员工考勤、假期及相关人事档案，确保符合阿联酋劳动法要求。 3、负责总部人员薪酬绩效管理。 4、组织新员工培训及破冰活动。确保公司人力资源管理制度与阿联酋劳动法规的合规性。热爱快销零售行业。任职要求： 1、人力资源、工商管理或相关专业本科及以上学历（硕士学位或 CIPD 认证优先）。 2、至少 3 年以上人力资源工作经验，有 HRBP 或综合人力资源管理经验者优先。 3、熟悉阿联酋劳动法及人力资源管理最佳实践。 4、在招聘、绩效管理及薪酬福利方面有实际操作经验。 5、具备良好的人际沟通与协调能力，能够与管理层有效合作。英语流利，会阿拉伯语/中文者优先。公司福利：具有竞争力的薪资与福利。在跨国化环境中获得职业发展机会。在迪拜总部享有积极、协作的工作氛围。

Work Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Headquarters) Job Nature: Full-time Main Responsibilities: 1. Be responsible for the entire recruitment process of headquarters personnel to ensure the timely introduction of suitable talents. 2. Manage the attendance, leave and related personnel files of employees to ensure compliance with the labor laws of the United Arab Emirates. 3. Be responsible for the salary and performance management of the headquarters staff. 4. Organize new employee training and ice-breaking activities. Ensure the compliance of the company's human resources management system with the labor laws of the United Arab Emirates. Have a passion for the fast-moving consumer goods retail industry. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields (master's degree or CIPD certification is preferred). 2. At least 3 years of human resources working experience is required. Candidates with HRBP or comprehensive human resources management experience are preferred. 3. Be familiar with the labor laws of the United Arab Emirates and best practices in human resource management. 4. Have practical operation experience in recruitment, performance management and salary and benefits. 5. Possess excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills, and be capable of effectively cooperating with the management. Fluent in English. Proficiency in Arabic/Chinese is preferred.
