Job Summary

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for driving recruitment and onboarding strategies to ensure the attraction, selection, and smooth integration of top talent. This role partners closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, deliver excellent candidate experiences, and support the company’s growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to identify workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, offering, and onboarding for various roles.
  • Develop talent pipelines using a mix of direct sourcing, agencies, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition of new hires, coordinating orientation sessions, documentation, and employee setup.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and recruitment channels effectiveness; recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regional labor laws in all recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Advise managers and employees on HR programs, policies, and best practices related to recruitment and onboarding.
  • Promote a great candidate and employee experience, acting as a point of contact for new hires from offer to post-onboarding
  • Maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding documentation and systems.
  • Contribute to ongoing HR initiatives and programs as needed.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Prior experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and onboarding. Specific experience in dealing with Leadership / Partner level hiring preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years experience, ideally in a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics and reporting.
