Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HRD to oversee all aspects of human resources, processing timecards bi-weekly and manage the clinical staffing schedule at our long-term care facility. This role is responsible for recruitment, onboarding, clinical staff scheduling, employee relations, compliance, and retention initiatives to ensure our team is fully supported and our residents receive high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical staff
Maintain and optimize staffing schedules to meet regulatory and facility standards
Oversee onboarding, orientation, and training processes
Serve as a resource for employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility-specific HR regulations
Monitor and support staff retention efforts through engagement and recognition initiatives
Maintain accurate personnel records and manage HR reporting
