Purpose of the Job
Managing and implementing personnel administration program and activities like day to day people management in the region by ensuring compliance with the approved company policies and procedures to improve associates' delight and motivation.

Major Activities
- Oversees and coordinates HR Personnel Administration activities to update associates personal records like contract of employment, medical insurance, social security, etc. through strict adherence to approved policies and procedures.
- Building and sustaining high levels of engagement in the HR team by setting clear standards of performance, motivating them, monitoring performance, giving specific constructive feedback regularly for developmental purposes and aligning the team to organizational goals.
- Represent management in negotiations and dispute resolution procedures with employees, government agencies, labor relations authorities and other agencies to protect the company's interests and associates' welfare.
- Coach, assist and train subordinates in order to transfer substantial knowledge in all administration activities to ensure continuity of the process in case of absences or vacancy in the office.
- Conduct briefing on new recruits so that they are quickly integrated into the organization by acquiring essential knowledge in the administration process and procedures.
- Conduct Performance discussion with the subordinates, whenever applicable, according to the standards through open discussion to establish Associate's development and Performance Awareness.
- Supervises personnel administration activities like personal files, records, salary increase and etc. through efficient, effective and equitable implementation of the policies and standards of the company.
- Manage, mentor and develop associates, whenever applicable, to ensure that they are provided opportunities for development and that career paths and succession plans are charted out through a Succession/ Progression Development Interventions.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions imposed to associates in compliance to the approved company policies and Saudi Labor Laws (SLL) to inculcate discipline and obedience from all associates.
Job Context
- The job requires advanced Knowledge in the interpretations of the important provisions of the Saudi Labor Law.
- The job required Basic knowledge of principles and procedures in personnel selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
- The job requires Basic Knowledge of business and management principles involved in resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources.
- The job ensures following regulations and communicating any updates to the management and associates.
- The job holder ensures Policy implementation and compliance.
- The job holder has the freedom to update, review and develop HR policy and procedures.

- The job holder has a crucial role in following up on Iqama expiry date to prevent penalties.
- The job has a crucial role in creating a high level of engagement in the HR team.
- The job holder has a strategic role in developing and monitoring the team while developing a succession plan within the department.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 4 years' experience in Human Resource or Personnel Administration.
