HRIS Administrator

Position Summary:

Manages Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) by collecting, analyzing, and reporting on HR data, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity. Key responsibilities include system configuration, data maintenance, troubleshooting issues, supporting HR functions like payroll and benefits, and collaborating with IT and HR teams to develop strategic solutions and improve processes.


Essential Functions:

  • Design, implement, configure, and maintain HRIS and workforce management systems, including integrations and customizations.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency by managing, verifying, and cleaning employee records and other HR data.
  • Extract data, analyze trends, create reports, and develop dashboards within the HRIS to provide actionable insights to HR, system users, and business leaders.
  • Partner with L&D Team to create and maintain Learning Module including position specific training assignments.
  • Partner with vendor support to complete module implementations at both QMN and QMF (if requested).
  • Provide training to end users, especially front-line supervisors, on use/benefits/shortcuts of system.
  • Provide production support for HRIS, troubleshoot technical issues, and work with IT or vendor support teams to resolve problems.
  • Identify system gaps, gather requirements from stakeholders, and recommend and implement functional and operational improvements to HR processes.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or related field, or some college preferred.
  • Familiarity with FMLA, ADA, HIPAA and other relevant HR Laws.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working with HRIS systems.
  • PHR or SPHR preferred.

  • This is a FULLY ONSITE position; must be able to report onsite daily.
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment with multiple languages spoken.

  • Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Computer literate in a Windows environment.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills; bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin preferred.
  • Ability to operate independently in multiple locations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, stand/sit for prolonged periods, move about production and warehouse facilities.
  • Ability to travel between buildings within a 10 mile radius.
