About the Role
Configure, enhance, and maintain the HRIS to support core HR functions, including onboarding, benefits, compensation, performance management, and succession planning.
Responsibilities

Manage the daily administration of employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability plans, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, and other employee services.

Document and maintain standard operating procedures for benefit processes, continuously identifying opportunities for improvement.

Manage data and documentation required for compliance activities (ACA, Form 5500, audits, COBRA, FSA/DCA, etc.).

Oversee vendor billing, data collection, and updates to management reports.

Advise and support employees, dependents, and HR Business Partners with day-to-day benefits inquiries.

Assist in planning, communicating, and executing annual open enrollment and wellness initiatives.

Maintain accurate and timely benefit records in the HRIS (UKG), including new elections, qualifying life events, and terminations.

Oversee COBRA administration and related vendor reporting.

Coordinate leave of absence processes (FMLA, STD, LTD, etc.) by partnering with vendors and communicating with internal departments.
Required Skills

Bachelors degree in human resources or other related field required or equivalent experience.

3+ years of experience in benefit administration

3+ years of hands-on experience with UKG HRIS platform
-
1+ years of compensation experience required
