Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HRIS Manager to oversee our Human Resource Information System. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR data, ensuring system integrity, and providing support to HR functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in various software applications, and the ability to communicate effectively across departments. The HRIS Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing our HR processes through technology and data management.
Duties
- Manage and maintain the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee data.
- Collaborate with HR teams to streamline processes and improve system functionality.
- Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Provide training and support to HR staff on the use of the HRIS.
- Generate reports and analyze data to assist in decision-making processes.
- Oversee data entry, filing, and clerical tasks related to employee records.
- Assist with customer support inquiries related to HR systems.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information at all times.
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other software for documentation and reporting purposes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably within an HR environment.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred for enhanced communication with diverse teams.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and strong phone etiquette is essential.
- Background in customer service or customer support is a plus.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping practices is beneficial for managing HR budgets or expenses.
- Typing proficiency and attention to detail for proofreading documents accurately.
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or dental receptionist is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
