Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Entry-Level HRIS Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in HR technology, with opportunities to grow into more advanced HRIS or HR operations roles.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update processes within Workday, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

Assist with system data audits, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

Generate routine and ad hoc reports for HR and business leaders

Support onboarding and offboarding processes by managing system workflows

Provide first-level support to employees and managers for HRIS-related inquiries

Help document system procedures and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Collaborate with HR teams on data consistency and integrations

Participate in testing and implementation of new system features or modules
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general comfort with technology systems

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred (Not Required):

Experience with or exposure to an HRIS system (e.g., Workday, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
