HRM/HCM Sale Representative

I am looking for Sale Representative having experience with any HCM or HRM software solution.

• Identify and generate leads to promote HCM/HRM software solutions to businesses and HR professionals.
• Conduct product demos, presentations, and client meetings to showcase software features and benefits.
• Understand client HR needs and propose tailored solutions to close sales effectively.
• Achieve sales targets, maintain pipeline in CRM, and follow up on prospects.
• Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
