HSE ADMIN
Job Description :
- The candidate must have strong knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment practices in line with QCS, Ashghal, and international standards.
- The role involves conducting site inspections, ensuring permit-to-work compliance, preparing HSE reports, maintaining documentation, coordinating training, and implementing safe work systems of work.
- The candidate should also possess sound knowledge of MS Office for reporting and documentation, as well as a valid driving license to support site mobility.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices in line with QCS, Ashghal, and international standards
- Proven experience in conducting site inspections and ensuring permit-to-work compliance
- Ability to prepare HSE reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Experience in coordinating safety training and implementing safe systems of work
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation
- Possession of a valid driving license to support site mobility
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- NEBOSH IGC & OHS by IOSH or equivalent HSE certification (mandatory)
- Additional HSE or ISO management system training (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001) is an advantage
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in HSE administration or safety documentation roles, preferably with Ashghal or infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with QCS, Ashghal safety regulations, and permit-to-work systems
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with proficiency in MS Office applications
