Safety Coordinator

Reports To: Corporate Safety Director

Who You Are

You are a hands-on safety professional who thrives in an active operational environment and values collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. You bring a strong working knowledge of OSHA and environmental health and safety standards and are comfortable engaging with field teams, supervisors, and leadership to promote a proactive safety culture. You are organized, detail-oriented, and confident presenting safety information and driving compliance across multiple sites.

Location Requirements

The position will primarily work onsite in Durham, NC with travel up to 25% to regional project sites.

Compensation

Compensation: Expected Salary: $80,000 - $95,000
