Al Marwan Group is looking for a qualified HSE Engineer to join our construction division. The role requires expertise in Health, Safety & Environment management, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and maintaining the highest safety standards across our worksites.

Key Requirements

• Education: University Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Architectural, Physics, Chemistry, or any Science discipline) from a university accredited by the UAE Ministry of Higher Education.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of specialized experience in construction worksites.

Certification: HSE Level 6 Diploma (mandatory).
Strong understanding of UAE construction safety laws, risk management, and incident prevention.
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and regulations at project sites.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and accident investigations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE standards and project-specific requirements.
• Provide safety training and awareness sessions for employees and subcontractors.
• Support project teams in creating a proactive safety culture.
