HRCONSOL is Hiring | HSE Manager -Karachi

We are currently seeking an experienced HSE Manager for our prestigious FMCG / Manufacturing client based in Karachi.

Location: Karachi
Salary Range: PKR 150,000 – 200,000 + Benefits

Position Overview

The HSE Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing all Health, Safety, and Environmental functions at the factory, ensuring full regulatory compliance and fostering a proactive safety culture across operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Ensure full compliance with SEPA regulations, Sindh Environmental Protection laws, and all mandatory environmental reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments, ensuring timely closure of corrective actions.
• Prepare, update, and secure annual renewals of Environmental Management Plans (EMP).
• Lead incident and accident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive and corrective measures.
• Monitor HSE performance metrics and recommend initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Design and deliver HSE and Fire Safety training programs tailored to plant operations.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior management on safety, environmental risks, and compliance matters.
• Promote a strong safety-first culture across all departments and workforce levels.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 6–8 years of progressive HSE experience within FMCG or Manufacturing environments.
• In-depth knowledge of SEPA regulations, Sindh Environmental Acts, and international HSE standards.
• Proven experience in regulatory audits, compliance reporting, and incident management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
