HSE Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HSE Manager to join our team and uphold our safety standards across all operations. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Leading efforts to promote a safety-first culture and ensure the well-being of all personnel while protecting the environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish, implement, and maintain Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices to ensure compliance with international standards.

- Assist management in preparing and overseeing budgets related to HSE initiatives.

- Develop and execute strategies, policies, plans, performance indicators, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aimed at achieving zero incidents.

- Review incident and injury reports, ensuring proper recording, investigation, and follow-up procedures are in place.

- Ensure fire safety equipment and personnel are prepared for emergency situations through regular mock drills.

- Act as a liaison with government and non-governmental organizations to stay informed on current regulations and developments, ensuring full legal compliance.

- Maintain comprehensive HSE documentation and records, participate in external HSE audits, and ensure audit readiness.

Job Specifications:

- Education: Bachelor's of Engineering (Mechanical); relevant certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, etc.) are preferred.

- Experience: Minimum 7 - 9 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas sector.

- Strong knowledge of international safety standards and regulations.

- Proven leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to influence and promote safety culture at all levels.

- Proficiency in HSE management systems and reporting tools.

- Location: Karachi.
