  • Ensure full compliance with local and international HSE regulations, company policies, and client-specific requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments at construction sites.
  • Lead the investigation of incidents, accidents, and near misses, and ensure corrective/preventive actions are effectively implemented.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of safety incidents and communications.
  • Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and refresher training for workers and staff.
  • Promote awareness and understanding of safe work practices and procedures.
  • Ensure staff are trained and certified for critical activities such as confined space work, lifting operations, or working at height.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain records of permits, inspection checklists, safety violations, and disciplinary actions.
