AtoZ Services is seeking qualified and proactive HSE Officers to join our Health, Safety & Environment team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with HSE standards across all operational activities within a facilities management environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety plans.
  • Ensure all site activities comply with safety procedures and regulations.
  • Conduct HSE inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Deliver safety inductions, training and toolbox talks for staff and subcontractors.
  • Report, investigate, and follow up on near misses, incidents, and accidents.
  • Maintain accurate HSE documentation and records.
  • Coordinate emergency response when required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Occupational Health & Safety, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or similar).
  • Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in Qatar or GCC, with at least 2 years in Facilities Management operations on projects of similar size and scope.
  • NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is required.
  • Preferred: Certification or experience in Traffic Management.
  • Preferred: Valid First Aid Certification.
  • Strong knowledge of local safety regulations (QCS) and international HSE standards (ISO 45001, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
