HSE Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified HSE Officer to ensure workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and effective implementation of health and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g., OSHAD, ADM)
• Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and safety audits
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• Maintain HSE records and reports
• Deliver safety training and awareness programs
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities
• Lead HSE meetings and ensure action follow-ups

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HSE, Environmental Engineering, or related field
• NEBOSH IGC (required)
• IOSH / OSHA certifications (preferred)
• ISO 45001/14001 knowledge is an advantage
• 3–5 years of relevant experience
