Job Title: HSE Officer – Facilities Management (FM) & Camp Operations
Location: Doha, Qatar
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and proactive HSE Officer to oversee health, safety, and environmental practices across Facilities Management operations and camp accommodations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and international safety standards while promoting a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures across FM sites and camp facilities
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar HSE regulations and client requirements
  • Monitor housekeeping, hygiene, and sanitation standards in camp areas
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports
  • Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions
  • Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment by all staff
  • Coordinate with FM teams (maintenance, housekeeping, catering) on safety matters
  • Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and records
  • Liaise with external authorities and clients during inspections and audits

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HSE, preferably in Facilities Management and/or Camp operations
  • NEBOSH IGC / IOSH certification is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of Qatar HSE regulations and standards
  • Experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and compliance audits
  • Good communication and training skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in labor camps or large accommodation facilities
  • First Aid & Fire Safety certification
  • Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month
