Job Description

Arkiten International Contracting LLC is a premier specialized contracting firm delivering high-end structural steel and tensile fabric structures. We are seeking a dedicated, safety-conscious HSE Officer with 2 years of experience to manage on-site health, safety, and environmental compliance across our specialized project installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site safety inspections, ensuring strict compliance with UAE federal safety laws and local municipality regulations.
• Identify and mitigate risks specific to steel erection, heavy lifting/crane operations, and high-altitude tensile fabric tensioning.
• Lead daily tool-box talks, conduct site safety inductions for labor, and maintain meticulous safety logs.
• Ensure all site personnel and subcontractors strictly utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for specialized steel and fabric assembly.
• Investigate near-misses or incidents immediately, implementing corrective actions and drafting detailed reports for management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Certification: NEBOSH IGC / Certificate is strictly mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of HSE site experience, specifically within structural steel erection, industrial metal fabrication, or tensile membrane projects.
• Strong working knowledge of lifting plans, rigging safety, and working-at-heights protocols.
• Clear, assertive communication skills in English to effectively manage site labor and coordinate with client representatives.
• On visit visa or transferable visa; immediate joiners preferred.

• Transportation: All work-related transport during active project deployments will be fully provided and managed by Arkiten.
• Accommodation: If an active project site is located a significant distance from Dubai (preventing a daily commute), company accommodation will be provided. For projects within standard commuting distance or during periods without active site assignments, the candidate is responsible for their own permanent accommodation and daily commute to the office/base.

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
