HSE Officer – Industrial Experience

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HSE Officer with a strong background in industrial environments such as petrochemical or steel plants. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, conduct risk assessments, and promote a safe working culture across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs.

• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety trainings.

• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures.

• Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations.

• Coordinate with project and operations teams to identify and mitigate risks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in industrial (petrochemical/steel) sectors.

• Certified in NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA / ISO 45001 or equivalent.

• Strong communication and reporting skills.
