Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
HSE Supervisor
for an upcoming 2026 Oil & Gas Shutdown project in Qatar. This is a critical, short-term role (approx. 2–6 months) focused on ensuring the highest safety standards during intense turnaround operations.
Key Responsibilities
:

Safety Oversight:
Lead and monitor health and safety protocols specifically for shutdown and turnaround activities.

Risk Management:
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) before any high-risk tasks begin.

Inspections:
Perform daily site inspections and safety audits to identify and mitigate hazards immediately.

Training:
Facilitate safety orientations and daily toolbox talks for diverse contractor teams.

Incident Response:
Coordinate with emergency response teams and lead incident investigations if required.
Required Qualifications & Experience
:

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a relevant Science discipline.

Certifications:
Mandatory
NEBOSH IGC
(Level 3) and
IOSH Managing Safely
.

Industry Experience:
Minimum 5–10 years of total HSE experience, with at least 3 years specifically in
Oil & Gas Shutdown/Turnaround
projects.

Local Approval:
Qatar Energy (formerly QP) approval is highly competative

Skills:
Strong leadership, fluency in English, and the ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
