Position Overview
The HubSpot Specialist will be responsible for owning, optimizing, and scaling Ardan’s HubSpot platform across marketing, sales, and communications functions. This role will serve as the technical and strategic expert for HubSpot, ensuring the CRM supports lead generation, customer engagement, internal workflows, reporting, and data integrity across Ardan’s family of companies.
This is a highly hands-on role requiring deep HubSpot expertise, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to translate business objectives into automated, measurable systems.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot Platform Ownership
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject-matter expert for HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs
- Configure and maintain properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, permissions, and data architecture
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and best practices across all users and business units
Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution
- Build and optimize workflows, email nurtures, forms, landing pages, and campaigns
- Partner with marketing leadership to support brand, demand generation, event, and content initiatives
- Implement lead scoring, segmentation, and routing strategies aligned with business goals
Sales & CRM Enablement
- Support sales teams with pipeline optimization, deal stages, automation, and reporting
- Create dashboards and reports to track performance, conversions, and ROI
- Collaborate with sales leadership to improve adoption and usability
Integrations & Technical Optimization
- Manage HubSpot integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoom, event platforms, CMS, analytics tools)
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with HubSpot support when needed
Analytics, Reporting & Insights
- Develop standardized dashboards and executive-level reporting
- Track KPIs related to leads, conversions, engagement, and campaign performance
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to marketing and executive leadership
Training & Enablement
- Train internal teams on HubSpot best practices and new features
- Create documentation and SOPs to support scalable use of the platform
- Serve as an internal consultant for HubSpot-related questions and enhancements
Qualifications
Required
- 3–5+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration and optimization experience
- Strong experience with Marketing Hub and CRM (Sales Hub experience strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated expertise in workflows, automation, reporting, and data structure
- Experience supporting multi-brand or multi-business environments
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
- HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, Sales Software, or CMS)
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, financial services, or real estate/title industries
- Experience working in a shared-services or enterprise environment
- Familiarity with brand architecture and segmentation strategies

Salary range: $85K - $87K
