HIRING: HUMAN RESOURCE BUSINESS PARTNER (HRBP)

A client of Ortak Consultants (Pvt.) Limited is hiring a Human Resource Business Partner based in Karachi.

Industry: Manufacturing

Requirements:

* Must have done MBA in Human Resources from a reputable institute

* Must have 4–5 years of relevant HR experience mainly towards recruitment

Responsibilities:

* Managing end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection.

* Coordinating with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines.

* Developing and maintaining candidate pipelines for technical and non-technical roles.

* Managing offer letters, negotiations and onboarding coordination.

* Tracking recruitment metrics and ensuring timely closures.

* Supporting basic OD initiatives such as role clarity, manpower structuring and job descriptions.

* Assisting in performance management cycles and HR process improvements.

* Must have excellent communication skills.

* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing setup.
