We are currently seeking a Human Resource Coordinator.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist supporting new hire orientation process within facilities, teaching/training leading towards successful retention rates.

  • Assist with HRIS data entry and auditing to ensure accurate employee records are maintained.

  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.

  • Provide support in contract management related to employment agreements as directed.

  • Review of payroll accuracy and compliance with processes with accuracy in data.

  • Coordinate with HR team to help oversee PBJ (Payroll Based Journal) reporting and compliance, ensuring accurate staffing data submission to CMS Oversee benefits administration, workers' compensation, and leave management programs
