Key Responsibilities:End-to-End HR Operations:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding, induction, training, performance management, to exit processes.
- Administer employment contracts, documentation, HR policies, and employee records in compliance with legal and company standards.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including job posting, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and finalizing offers.
- Facilitate new joiner onboarding, induction programs, and probation review processes.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
- Organize employee engagement activities, surveys, and initiatives to maintain a positive work culture.
- Handle employee grievance management and disciplinary procedures.
Performance Management:
- Assist in implementing performance appraisal cycles, setting KPIs, tracking employee progress, and providing HR support during evaluations.
- Maintain records of performance reviews and provide data-driven insights to management.
Compensation & Benefits Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and payroll-related data.
- Support payroll processing and resolve employee queries related to salary, benefits, and reimbursements.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.
- Maintain and update HR databases, reports, and dashboards for senior management.
- Prepare periodic reports such as attrition rate, headcount reports, etc.
Training & Development Support:
- Coordinate and track training programs, certifications, and employee development initiatives.
- Assist in identifying training needs and scheduling learning sessions.
Exit Management:
- Manage resignation and termination processes including exit interviews and settlement procedures.
- Ensure proper handover and documentation at the time of employee exit.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably handling end-to-end HR processes.
- Good knowledge of labor laws, HRMS systems, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR tools.
