Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment, employee engagement, training, and maintaining HR policies. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Support initiatives to boost employee morale, engagement, and retention.
  • Assist in organizing employee events, activities, and team-building programs.

HR Administration & Compliance:

  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain HR metrics as required.

Training & Development:

  • Coordinate internal training programs and workshops.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback collection.

Policy Implementation:

  • Help enforce company HR policies and procedures.
  • Suggest improvements to HR practices and support management in implementation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software/systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
