Key responsibilities

  • Recruitment and onboarding: Manage the hiring process from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to preparing offer letters and onboarding new hires.
  • Employee relations: Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions, while also fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
  • Policy and compliance: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring they comply with labor laws and regulations.
  • Performance management: Guide managers and employees on goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
  • Compensation and benefits: Administer payroll and benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
  • Training and development: Coordinate and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Record-keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed employee records, including attendance and other important HR data.
  • Offboarding: Manage the termination process and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback from departing employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,921.36 - ₹36,926.54 per month
