Human Resource Executive

Position: HR Executive

Position Overview

Cybernet is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Capital Management (HCM) team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to manage key HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR operations, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in HR principles and best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition and Onboarding

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and initial interviews
  • Oversee onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition for new hires, including preboarding, documentation, orientation, and benefits enrollment
  • Develop and implement structured onboarding programs to enhance employee engagement and retention

Employee Relations and Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, fostering a positive and high-performance workplace
  • Address employee concerns with confidentiality, professionalism, and compliance with company policies
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, best practices, and workplace regulations
  • Conduct investigations into employee grievances and disputes and recommend appropriate resolutions

Performance Management and Learning and Development

  • Assist in the performance appraisal process, including scheduling reviews and collecting performance data
  • Support managers in identifying training needs and implementing performance improvement plans
  • Maintain training records and track employee learning and development progress

HR Operations and Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS with strict confidentiality
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies in line with legal requirements
  • Monitor compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
  • Prepare HR reports on headcount, turnover, and employee engagement

Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll Support

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and leave management
  • Respond to employee queries regarding compensation and benefits
  • Coordinate payroll processes with Payroll and Finance teams to ensure timely salary disbursement

HR Analytics and Reporting

  • Track and analyze HR metrics such as recruitment efficiency, engagement, and retention
  • Maintain HR dashboards and generate reports to support workforce planning

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in talent management, employee relations, or HR operations
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office is preferred
