Job Description

We are seeking a Human Resource Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, support recruitment, employee engagement, and ensure smooth HR processes across the organization. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-focused, and familiar with HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
• Assist in performance management and employee evaluations
• Address employee queries and support employee relations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Organize employee engagement activities and internal communication
• Support management with HR reports and data

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in an HR role (IT/company experience preferred)
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations
• Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Must be available to work onsite

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in IT or software company environment
• Familiarity with HRMS or recruitment tools
• Ability to handle multiple tasks independently
• Strong problem-solving and people management skills
