human Resource executive

  • Aid in preparing recruitment, transfer, redundancy plan based on general resources recruitment of different departments and business units as per as forecasted budget
  • Source Candidates using a wide variety of vehicles – to include sourcing and mining, advertising and internet posting as well as direct sourcing and referrals
  • Prepare Periodic and ad-hoc reports which includes all the updates and the information gathered from time to time
  • Prepare periodic statistics related to the Manpower and Performance Management activities to use them as a reference for the performance indicators of the Foundation (KPIs)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (With a focus on HR) OR equivalent
